Jane Perkins, J.D., M.P.H., has been with the National Health Law Program for two decades. Currently NHeLP's legal director, she is a nationally recognized expert in Medicaid, children's health, and civil rights. She received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law and her M.P.H. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Public Health.
