Laura Aiuppa has responsibilities for business development and project management at NCQA. Ms. Aiuppa's previously served as NCQA's Director for Information Products, overseeing the development of comparative reports to help consumers and purchasers make informed health care decisions. She served as project manager on a Commonwealth Fund–supported project to test users' preferences for health plan information, NCQA's Web-based Accreditation Report Card, and consumer report card projects for a number of states. Prior to this work, Ms. Aiuppa also assisted in the development of NCQA's first standardized member satisfaction survey and served as NCQA's representative on the CAHPS Reports Format Team. Prior to her work at NCQA, Ms. Aiuppa conducted survey research for the evaluation of federal health care programs. She holds a master's degree in health policy and evaluation from Cornell University.
