Message from the Chair of The Commonwealth Fund Board's Search Committee for The Commonwealth Fund's Next President

In late November we announced that Karen Davis plans to step down as president of The Commonwealth Fund at the end of 2012. As chair of the Board Search Committee appointed to identify Karen's successor, I am pleased to call your attention to the Job Description for the position that is available for downloading at left. The Board has confirmed our continued commitment to The Commonwealth Fund’s current mission and strategy of advancing a high performance health system. The Search Committee will value hearing from those who have a personal interest in the position, and of any recommendations for candidates for this important leadership position.
